Tim Goetz, CPA — CEO
Tim oversees all project development and business management for Aplos Software, ensuring nonprofits find the simple answer to their software needs. Prior to founding Apos Software, Tim starting his career as a licensed CPA for a public accounting firm and specialized in auditing. Tim later became the Executive Pastor for a growing church, as well as served as a Board Member for two Fresno-area nonprofits. Through these positions, he experienced first-hand the challenges and unique needs of nonprofits and churches and gave him a passion for developing simple, nonprofit financial software.

Matt Serrano — CTO
Matt heads the innovative software development team that makes Aplos Software known for being simple, intuitive and reliable. In addition to founding a technology incubator, Menlo Labs, in California's Bay Area, Matt has a successful track record of development and executive management in several high technology companies and startups. All of these attributes guide the meticulous development, testing and strategic launch of each new product and software feature.
